• Contact and booking forms. Your name, email address, and what you write (plus the session type and your timezone when you book a call). We use it only to answer you and arrange the session. It is sent to us as an email and is not stored on the website.
• Client portal. If you are a consulting client invited to the portal: your name, email address, a securely hashed password (we never see the password itself), and the meeting agendas and notes we share with you there. We keep this to provide the service.
• Visit statistics. We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not track you across websites, and does not identify you.
• Technical logs. Like every web server, ours briefly records requests (such as IP address and pages requested) to keep the site running and protect it from abuse, for example by limiting repeated form submissions.

The website sets cookies only to keep you signed in to the portal or the admin area. They are strictly necessary for those features and are not used for advertising or tracking. Visitors who don't sign in get no cookies from us.

• Railway (USA) — hosts the website and its database.
• Cloudflare (USA) — domain name service and visit statistics.
• Brevo (France, EU) — delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• SuperHosting (Bulgaria, EU) — hosts our email inbox.
• Google and YouTube (USA) — handle sign-in to the admin area; the home page's video thumbnail loads from YouTube's image server, and the video player only if you press play.

Form messages stay in our inbox for as long as they are useful for the conversation. Portal accounts and meeting notes are kept while you use the portal; ask us and we delete them.

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email rukov@rukovgroup.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the European Union or Switzerland, you also have the rights the GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection give you, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. We do not sell your data.
